EQUINE EDUCATION
From a property on Sydney's beautiful northern beaches, Heath takes in horses each year for education/re-education. Principally developed to foster the horse's confidence, education programs are founded on fundamental horsemanship considered to span main stream disciplines.
To promote a lasting foundation, owners are offered the opportunity to immerse themselves in their horses’ training under Heath's guidance. This improves continuity in the horse’s development beyond our program and encourages consistency of expectation for both horse and owner.

Program packages vary in consideration of the horse though all share a common purpose; to develop a safe and dependable saddle horse. With this in mind, horses to be started under saddle are typically with us for between 45 & 90 days.

Can I visit with my horse during his education?
Yes. To promote a lasting foundation, owners are offered the opportunity to immerse themselves in their horses’ training under Heath’s guidance.

How many times will my horse be ridden?
Horses are worked/ridden an average five times per week dependent on your horse’s physical and mental development.
How much will my horse’s education cost?
$600/week. This fee covers all feed, general care and training. It does not cover additional costs incurred for veterinary, farriery or dentistry care.
What if my horse needs to be shod?
If your horse needs farriery, dentistry or veterinary care during his stay with us, we can arrange this for you. Please note any costs incurred for such services are additional to the weekly fee ($600/week).
